We are the only ones to provide you with an escape hatch in the door. Designed to be bolted onto a concrete slab in your home or garage. We also offer an outdoor saferoom model. Hidey Hole saferooms are the thickest steel in the industry. Our walls and ceiling are made from 1/4" steel plate. These units are bolted onto your concrete slab with twelve 1/2" x 4 1/4" concrete wedge anchor bolts. Each one of these bolts has a 4700lb pull out strength. Our saferooms have excellent ventilation with one non-crushable vent in the roof and one in the door. Included is a free bench. Saferooms come standard 6' tall and painted beige.

Pre-Cast Concrete Shelter

Our precast concrete storm shelters come in two pieces. The upper half fits over the bottom with a water tight lap. On the outer half of the lap there is a high bond waterproof seal that adheres the two pieces together. This seal is so strong that a crane can lift the top and the bottom will come up with it. These concrete shelters weigh from 10,000 to 12,000 lbs. depending on the size. They are guaranteed not to leak. The door is made of high strength steel with three hinges and three bolts. These tornado shelters come unpainted. All units have 6' of head room. All concrete shelters include two 4" stationary vents.
